Nate came to New Sapience through a mutual connection and was immediately drawn and excited by its new approach to solving classic AI problems. Nate began consulting on the human-AI interactions for New Sapience in July of 2020. 

Nate is currently an Assistant Professor of Human Factors at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. His research interests touch on human-machine teaming, trust in systems, and the development of systems which can seamlessly integrate into our everyday lives. He is eager to bring his theory and practice expertise to New Sapience in an effort to help build a system unlike any other.
